The Fidelio multimedia cabinet, created through the collaboration between Poltrona Frau and Leica and designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, represents one of the most refined expressions of integration between advanced technology and high-end furniture design. This multimedia cabinet stands out for its ability to transform any home environment into a true cinema room, thanks to a series of unique and innovative features that make it much more than a simple TV cabinet.

At the heart of its uniqueness is the vertically retractable integrated projection screen, elegantly concealed within the top of the cabinet and operated by a motorized system. This solution preserves the clean, minimalist aesthetic typical of contemporary design, yet with a simple gesture transforms the space into an environment dedicated to the highest level of visual entertainment. This feature makes it ideal both for those seeking a multifunctional living space and for those who wish to dedicate an entire room exclusively to home cinema without sacrificing elegance.

Another distinctive element is the pull-out drawer designed specifically to house a high-end projector, custom-built to accommodate advanced audiovisual technology. The cabinet’s versatility also allows it to be used with different projectors, offering a flexible solution for those who wish to personalize their audiovisual experience.

The cabinet is crafted from solid ash wood and birch plywood, with an extra-light maple internal structure—materials that ensure strength, durability, and a warm, inviting appearance. The customizable finishes allow the piece to adapt to multiple interior styles and color preferences, making it perfect for both classic and contemporary settings.

In addition to the screen and projector compartment, the cabinet includes open compartments and side drawers to store audio/video devices, remote controls, accessories, and film collections, ensuring order and functionality at all times. This internal organization makes it the ideal solution not only for living rooms, but also for private cinema rooms, open spaces, luxury lofts, or professional environments where a top-tier audiovisual experience is desired.

The Fidelio multimedia cabinet is designed for those seeking a no-compromise home cinema experience, where cutting-edge technology merges with craftsmanship and design. It is the perfect choice for those who wish to impress guests with a private cinema room, for families who enjoy hosting movie nights, and for interior design professionals who want to offer their clients an exclusive and customizable solution. The collaboration between Poltrona Frau and Leica highlights the meeting of Italian manufacturing tradition and German technological innovation, resulting in a product that is simultaneously a piece of furniture, an entertainment system, and a symbol of refined lifestyle.

Thanks to its generous dimensions and meticulous attention to detail, the cabinet is also well suited to high-profile contract environments such as hotel suites, executive meeting rooms, luxury showrooms, and yachts, where the demand for integrated audiovisual solutions meets the need to maintain an image of absolute elegance and sophistication.

Those who choose the Fidelio multimedia cabinet demonstrate a particular attention to aesthetics, functionality, and innovation, seeking in their home or professional space not just a piece of furniture, but a truly immersive experience capable of adapting to different uses and situations—from watching movies and TV series together, to presenting multimedia content during private or professional events, to simply enhancing a space through the presence of an iconic and timeless design object.
